This beautifully completed renovation project transformed a classic Havertown home into a brand-new residence. The exterior received fresh landscaping, new corbels, and a restored original front door that added character and curb appeal. The first floor was reimagined to highlight a welcoming fireplace, formal dining room, and an upgraded eat-in kitchen. High-end touches included a wine bar, coffee bar, island seating, and quartz countertops. A new rear deck was added off the kitchen, offering views of a spacious backyard.  The finished basement provided additional living space, including its own half bath and laundry zone. On the second floor, three bedrooms and a beautifully appointed hall bath complemented the home’s layout. The builder expanded the third floor to create a dream primary suite with a walk-in closet and a luxurious oversized shower. This full new construction project in Springfield School District showcased four custom homes thoughtfully designed, each with its own driveway and one-car garage. The first floor featured a welcoming foyer, powder room, and a spacious family room with walkout access to a private patio. The second floor offered a wide-open modern layout, complete with hardwood flooring, a gourmet eat-in kitchen with solid cabinetry, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an oversized island overlooking a versatile great room. The kitchen also opened to a 200-square-foot pressure-treated deck, ideal for outdoor living. Upstairs, the third floor included three bedrooms, including a master suite with a private en-suite bath. A hall bathroom and a convenient laundry room completed the level.
